Understanding The Troly Products Dashboard

Troly is designed with three main Dashboards to assist you with your business operations, customers and products management. At a glance, the Products dashboard gives you an overview of your product sales that you can :

  • filter by best of worse sellers according to your customers type.
  • review with a segmented diagram.

Using Troly Products Dashboard

On the top of the Products Dashboard, you can perform the main actions and Import/Export Products, Add Products or  Search for an Active Product by typing at least three characters of the product name.

Like the Customers Dashboard, the Product Dashboard is split in two parts. The table located on the left provides the list of best or worse sellers and can be filtered by 'everyone', 'club members' or 'customers' who purchased them. The diagram located on the right side shows the products overview with the total stock value, the total units in stock and the products sold breakdown.

Best and Worst Sellers

This list shows your products performance in an increasing or decreasing order and is filtered by your type of customers.

Note that new products do not appear in the best and worse sellers list until they are actually sold. You need to locate them with the Search field if you need to review or update them.

Clicking on any of the product names re-directs you to the product information page.

Product overview

The Products Overview lists all the active products starting with the best seller and displays the amount of units sold.
