Shopping using the Tasting Experience

A simple way to buy your favorite products

This user guide is dedicated to people willing to buy products online, register as a club member, log in their customer details, etc. As a customer, here is what you can do online:

  • Sign up to a club and to a newsletter
  • Update your contact and payment details
  • Update your orders online without having to contact the winery or the brewery

Placing an order

Browsing products

Browse products scrolling through the list of click on each tab to view products sorted in specific categories.

Find more information about an item

Clicking a product name displays more information about the product such as tasting notes, description, price per case, member price, tags, ratings, etc.

To go back to the list view, simply click the List button on the top right corner.

Discounts and clubs prices

If you are a club member and logged in your own account, you will see the member prices on your screen.

If you are not registered as a customer yet (you're browsing as a guest), or if you are not a club member yet, you can still see what you can save if you were a club member (you can compare the RRP with the member prices).

Not that bundle and pack special prices are also displayed for your information.

Selecting products

Simply click the + button to add bottles to your cart or remove items by clicking the - button.

Check and Finalise your order

Once you are happy with your selection, click Confirm Order at the bottom of the page. If you are already logged in your own customer account, your delivery and payment details are already saved. You can go ahead and finalize your order.

If you are not logged in yet, please read the paragraph below.

Log in your customer account for the first time, purchase as a guest or log in as a club member

If you are not logged in your own customer account yet, once you click Confirm Order, a window appears for you to log in (or sign up!):

If this is the first time you're shopping here but you have already given your email address to the winery/brewery, you need to create a password. On the 'Sign In' tab, click the 'Trouble signing in' link and follow the instructions on the screen

If you already have an email address and a password, simply go to the Sign In tab and type in your email address and password to log in

If you are willing to sign up as a registered customer or as a club member for the first time, go to the 'Sign Up' tab and follow the instructions on the screen

If you don't want to register as a customer or as a club member, click Continue as a guest at the bottom of the window (note that you won't be able to get the order delivered to your door in this case)

The checkout screen

The checkout screen is divided into two parts:

  • A summary of the order, where you can add or remove products, or go back to the main shopping page. If you are not a club member yet, this page also displays how much you could save up by signing up today!

  • 2. Your account details, where you can enter your billing, shipping and payment details, and finalize the order.

Order confirmation

Once the order has been processed, you will see a 'Thank you' message to confirm that the order has been successfully placed. You can also go to your profile or view your order’s invoice.

If the merchant set this up on their end, you should also receive an email to confirm that your order has been recorded.

When clicking on the Become a member button: clubs, club variations, and policies are displayed on the screen:

Enter and save your details

Enter your name, email address, delivery address, payment details, preferences, etc.

Confirm and save money on your order

As soon as you complete your registration, you can start enjoying the benefits of being a club member!

Password Reset & Lost Password

To change the password, click the 'Trouble signing in' link:

Enter your email address linked to your online customer profile and press Submit:

An email is sent to you and a link allows you to reset your password:

Subscribe to a newsletter

Simply tick the box in your account to receive news, updates and special offers from your favourite winery/brewery:
